COVID-19 update
Hello, dear one!
I so appreciate your interest in visiting me at my practice, Vesper Massage Therapy, where I specialize in addressing muscular imbalances in the pelvic floor.
In light of the COVID-19 public health situation, my physical office is closed for the time being.
The nature of bodywork and manual therapy — for us to be within six feet of each other, for 60+ minutes, in a small, enclosed space — makes it a high-transmission-risk activity, even with PPE. The last thing I would ever want to do is put you or your loved ones at risk!
In the meantime, I’m providing virtual coaching for vaginismus recovery.
Vaginismus is when the pelvic floor muscles contract and spasm involuntarily, making insertion — with sex, tampons, even routine gynecological exams — painful.
This condition was something I experienced and recovered from in my own body, and as a pelvic therapist, I have the tools and expertise to help you overcome it, too.
If this is an issue you are facing, please let me know if I can help.
Wishing you abundance, safety, peace, and wellbeing during these tumultuous times.
Warmly,
Meghan
